System status and demo requests
Check that SmartSurv is healthy, check the proof chain, and follow up demo requests from the website.
What you will learn

Step by step
- Open left menu Settings → System (app.smartsurvafrica.com/settings/system).
- System status shows whether each part and provider is working or configured (secrets are never shown).
- Proof chain: every complete adds a tamper-evident receipt. A healthy chain says so.
- Demo requests lists requests sent from the website’s “Request a demo” form: Received, From, Company, Message and Status.
- Contact the person, then set the status to Contacted, and to Closed when done.

- New demo requests are also emailed to the SmartSurv team.
