Join the SmartSurv panel
Sign up in a minute from your own phone: by the join page, a QR code, or by sending JOIN on WhatsApp or SMS.

The SmartSurv panel is a group of people who agreed to receive short surveys. Companies and organisations pay for the surveys. You are paid for each survey you finish. Joining is free.
Step by step
- Open the join page: api.smartsurvafrica.com/join. You can also scan a SmartSurv QR code from a poster, or tap a friend’s invite link.
- Type your mobile number (for example 024 123 4567 in Ghana).
- Choose your Gender, Age and Region. Pick “Prefer not to say” if you like.
- Read the consent text and tick the box. You cannot join without it.
- Tap Join the panel.
- Or join by message instead of the web page:
- Send JOIN to SmartSurv on WhatsApp or by SMS.
- If a poster, radio advert or friend gave you a code, send JOIN CODE, for example JOIN RADIO1.
What you will see
- “You’re in!” and the number we will send surveys to (partly hidden).
- A link to See your rewards and data: your own page, My SmartSurv.
- If you came from a friend’s link, the page shows “Invited with code …”.
