Install the SmartSurv app
Put My SmartSurv on your home screen. It opens like an app, with nothing to download from a store.
What you will learn

Step by step
- Open api.smartsurvafrica.com/me in your phone’s browser.
- On Android, tap Install SmartSurv when it appears, or open the browser menu (⋮) and tap “Install app” or “Add to Home screen”.
- On iPhone, tap the Share button, then “Add to Home Screen”.
- Open SmartSurv from your home screen and sign in with a code as usual.
What you will see
- Your Surveys for you: each one opens the survey page.
- When you are offline, a page saying your surveys and balance appear when you are back online.
