Create sub-clients and use the client switcher

Add a sub-client for each organisation you run surveys for, then switch to it to build and run its surveys.

Step by step

  1. Open left menu Money → Partners (app.smartsurvafrica.com/partners).
  2. Press New sub-client. Enter the Name (e.g. Kente Telecom), the Industry and Your markup (the percentage added on top of SmartSurv’s charge).
  3. Press Create sub-client.
  4. Open the client switcher at the top of the left menu (Choose client). It lists your agency and its Sub-clients.
  5. Choose the sub-client. Every page now shows that sub-client: its surveys, results, wallet and billing.
  6. Build and launch surveys as in the For client admins course. Switch back to your agency the same way.

What you will see

  • The name of the client you are working on in the switcher.
