Step by step
- Save the card first.
- Press Test connection on the card.
- Read the result under the button: what was checked and whether it worked. The last result stays on the card.
- If it fails, check the values against the provider’s dashboard, save, and test again. If it still fails, ask SmartSurv’s technical team.
What each test does
| Connection | What the test does |
|---|---|
| WhatsApp Cloud API | Reads the business phone number’s name and quality rating. |
| Africa’s Talking, Flutterwave | Reads the account balance. |
| Hubtel | Asks for the status of a payment that doesn’t exist, to check the account details. Nothing is paid. |
| Client checkout | Checks the payment account (for example reads the balance). Nothing is charged. |
| Call core (phone and AI) | Reads SmartSurv’s account in the call core and checks it belongs to SmartSurv. |
| Carrier lookup | Looks up a test number. |
| Sends one test email to you. |
