Step by step

  1. Open Research → Surveys → New survey, choose or build it yourself, pick Start from (Blank, Customer NPS, Product concept test, Branch experience), the reward and target, and press Create & open builder.
  2. Give the survey a title. Press Add a question and choose the Question type: Yes / No, Single choice, Rating, NPS (0–10), Free text, Attention check, Location, Photo or Voice note.
  3. Type the question in Ask one clear thing… and the answers. Answer labels are short (up to 24 characters).
  4. Drag a card (or use the arrows) to reorder.
  5. Branching: for each answer choose Then go to another question or the end. Tick Screen out on answers that should end the survey politely.
  6. Mark a question as a Screener, or as a Demographic (Gender, Age band, Region, Custom) to keep the respondent’s profile up to date.
  7. Turn on Ask why and choose Ask after (any answer, or chosen ones) for one follow-up “why?” question.
  8. For an Attention check, mark the correct answer. Wrong answers lower trust and are left out of results.
  9. For Photo or Voice note, add yes/no checks such as “Is the brand logo visible?”.
  10. In the right panel, Preview shows exactly what respondents see on WhatsApp, the web form or a call.
  11. In Settings → Languages, add languages (Twi, Ga, Ewe, Hausa, Ghanaian Pidgin, French, Swahili) and press Translate…. Check each translation on its card and press Mark reviewed.
  12. Press Save.

What you will see

  • Up to 3 answers become buttons, 4–10 a list, more a numbered text reply.
  • Automatic translations are marked “needs review” until someone checks them.
  • “Unsaved changes” until you save.

Check yourself

Pick an answer for each question, then press Check my answers. Nothing is saved or sent.
