Join the SmartSurv panel, answer surveys on WhatsApp, by SMS link or by phone, get paid, cash out, invite friends and control your data.
These lessons are for people who answer SmartSurv surveys. You need a mobile phone. WhatsApp helps but is not required. The demo console is not needed for this course: everything happens on your phone.

Sign up in a minute from your own phone: by the join page, a QR code, or by sending JOIN on WhatsApp or SMS.

Answer a survey on WhatsApp
A survey starts with one invitation message. Tap Start, then answer each question with a tap or a short reply.

Answer by SMS link
No WhatsApp? You get an SMS with a link to a tiny survey page that works on any phone browser.

Answer by phone call
Some surveys are asked in a short phone call in your language. You can also ring the survey line, or give it a missed call and be called back.

Get paid
Finish a survey and your airtime or Mobile Money is sent at once, or added to your SmartSurv wallet.

My SmartSurv is your own page: balance, level, streak, badges, surveys for you, history, and cash-out to Mobile Money.

Refer friends
Share your code or link. You earn a bonus after your friend’s first valid survey.

Put My SmartSurv on your home screen. It opens like an app, with nothing to download from a store.
