What a super operator is, and giving super access
Super operators are the host of SmartSurv: only they open Settings → Connections and decide who else may.
What you will learn
- Know what only a super operator can do
- Give or remove super access
- Know the safety rules
A super operator is an operator with one extra power: changing SmartSurv’s connections to the outside services it uses (WhatsApp, SMS, payouts, client checkout, email, phone calls and AI, carrier lookup). Everything else is the same as the For SmartSurv operators course.
Step by step
- Open left menu Settings → Team (app.smartsurvafrica.com/settings).
- Super operators see an extra column, Connections. Your own row shows a Super badge.
- To give another operator super access, switch on Super in their row. You see “Now a super operator”.
- To remove it, switch it off: “Super operator access removed”.
What you will see
- Only operators can be super operators; client users never are.
- Only a super operator can change or remove another super operator.
