Trends, map, themes and media
Follow a tracker across waves, see answers by region, read themes from open answers, and browse photos and voice notes.
What you will learn
- Read a trend line with its margin band
- Use the region map
- Read themes and quotes
- Browse photos and voice notes
Step by step
- Open a survey’s results and choose Trends. Trackers open a new wave every week or month; each point is one wave with its 95% range.
- Under Alert rules, client admins add a rule (question, direction Rises/Falls/Either, By at least (points)). You are alerted only when a change beats the threshold and the margin of error.
- Choose Map: Where respondents are. Pick a measure (Completes, NPS or % answer). Ghana shows a tile map of its 16 regions; other countries show a ranked list.
- Back on Overview, Themes groups open answers and “why?” follow-ups into themes with a share, a tone (positive, neutral, negative) and quotes with personal details masked.
- Choose Media: Photos & voice notes. Filter by a check (for example “Is the brand logo visible?”), open an item, and use ← → to browse.
- Open a voice note to read its Transcript. If it says “Not transcribed”, a client admin can type it and press Save transcript.
What you will see
- The alert bell shows tracker alerts with a “What changed” note naming the groups that moved most.
- Photos marked Not analysed have no automatic checks.
