Download a branded PDF, a PowerPoint or a CSV, and share a live read-only results page.
What you will learn
- Download the PDF, PowerPoint and CSV
- Create, copy and revoke a live link (client admins)
Step by step
- On a survey’s results press Download and choose Download PDF, Download PowerPoint or Export CSV (every response, phones masked).
- Client admins press Share live link. Choose Link expires after (1, 7, 30, 90 days or Never) and whether to Include individual responses (anonymised).
- Press New live link, then Copy and send it. Anyone with the link can view it; no sign-in is needed.
- To stop a link, press Revoke next to it, then Revoke link.
What you will see
- The shared page says Live results, refreshes every 15 seconds and shows “Powered by SmartSurv”.
- Small groups stay hidden on the shared page too.
