The executive report

5 min Analysts read; client admins write and edit

One click writes a headline, key findings with their numbers, group differences, themes, recommendations and caveats.

What you will learn

  • Find and read the executive report
  • Know how the numbers are kept honest
  • Know who can write and edit it

Step by step

  1. Open a survey’s results, Overview tab, and find the Executive report card.
  2. If there is none yet, a client admin presses Write the report.
  3. Read the Headline, Summary, Key findings, Differences between groups, What people said, Recommendations and Caveats.
  4. A client admin can press Edit, change any text and Save report, or Regenerate it.
  5. The report goes into the PDF, the PowerPoint and the share link.

What you will see

  • A small AI label: hover or focus it for “how this was made”.
  • Every number comes from the computed results; the AI only words it. A sentence with a number that doesn’t match is replaced by a template sentence.
