Ask your data, and ask across surveys
Type a question in plain words. SmartSurv computes the answer from your results and shows a chart.
What you will learn
- Ask a question about one survey
- Ask across every survey of your account
- Read the sources
Step by step
- On a survey’s results, use Ask your data: type a question such as “NPS by region” or “which region is happiest?” and press Ask.
- Read the answer and its chart. Open How this was computed to see exactly what was counted.
- To ask across all surveys, open Research → Surveys and press Ask across surveys.
- Type a question such as “How has satisfaction changed since June?”. The answer cites its Sources ([S1], [S2]…).
What you will see
- Suggestion chips under Try asking.
- Points with fewer than 30 answers are marked small and never described.
