Step by step
- Open a survey’s results, Overview, and find Personas (Discover your personas).
- Press Find personas. Each persona shows its share, distinctive answers and demographics.
- Press Save as segment on a persona to reuse it.
- Open the cross-tab under the personas: the share of each persona giving each answer.
What you will see
- No personas when there are fewer than 60 usable completes, with the reason.
- Every persona has at least 30 people.
