Billing: plan, usage and invoices
The Billing page shows SmartSurv’s fees for your account: plan, usage this month, invoices, payments and credit.
What you will learn
- Find the plan, this month’s charges and the invoices
- Tell billing apart from the incentive wallet
Step by step
- Open left menu Billing → Billing (app.smartsurvafrica.com/billing).
- Read the Account card: what there is To pay.
- Plan: your plan and add-ons. This month so far: usage until today and what it would cost if the month ended now.
- Invoices and credit notes: monthly, in arrears. Download any as a PDF.
- Payments and receipts: each payment with its receipt PDF. Statement: a PDF of everything billed and paid.
What you will see
- “You can see billing; your admins pay and change the plan.” for analysts.
- Invoice numbers such as INV-2026-0001, credit notes CN-…, receipts RCT-….
