Step by step

Open the SMS from SmartSurv and tap the link.
Each page shows one question with “Question 2 of 4” and a progress bar.
Choose your answer and tap the button to go on. Region questions show a list of regions; photo or voice-note questions let you pick a file (up to 5 MB).
At the end you see “Thank you!” and whether your reward has been sent or is being checked.

What you will see

“This survey isn’t open right now” if the survey is paused.
“This survey has ended” if it closed before you started.
A Stop sending me surveys link at the bottom: it works like replying STOP.
