My SmartSurv is your own page: balance, level, streak, badges, surveys for you, history, and cash-out to Mobile Money.

Step by step
- Open api.smartsurvafrica.com/me.
- Type your mobile number and tap Send me a code.
- Type the 6-digit code you receive on WhatsApp or by SMS and tap Sign in. The code expires after 10 minutes.
- Your page shows your Balance, Level, streak, Badges, Surveys for you, Recent earnings and History.
- To cash out:
- in Cash out, enter the Amount (at least the minimum shown, GHS 5 in Ghana);
- leave Mobile Money number as it is to use your own number;
- tap Cash out now.
- To send to another number, type it instead. SmartSurv sends a code to your own phone; type it and tap Confirm.
- You can also reply BALANCE or CASHOUT on WhatsApp or SMS.
Levels, streaks and badges
Honest, regular members move up a level and earn a bonus on top of each reward, paid by SmartSurv:

A streak counts the weeks in a row in which you finished at least one survey. Badges include First voice survey, 4-week streak, Trusted voice, Early bird (finished within an hour) and 5 friends invited.
What you will see
- “Cash-out of GHS 23.50 to … is on its way.”
- “Your balance is too low for that amount.” if you ask for more than you have.
- “Too many codes. Please try again in an hour.” if you ask for many codes.
