See what SmartSurv holds about you, download it, or delete it, by keyword or on your page.

Step by step
- Reply DATA to get a link to your data, or sign in to My SmartSurv and open My data.
- Tap View my data to see it, or Download (JSON) to keep a copy.
- To delete everything:
- reply DELETE, then DELETE YES within 24 hours to confirm, or
- on My SmartSurv tap Delete my data, then Yes, delete everything.
What clients see
Clients see answers and statistics. They never see your name or phone number. Groups of fewer than 30 people are never shown on their own. After deletion your past answers stay only without anything that identifies you.
What you will see
- “Your data has been deleted. Thank you for taking part.”
- If your wallet holds at least the minimum cash-out, the balance is sent to you first. A smaller balance is lost, and you are told before.
