Step by step

  1. Sign in at app.smartsurvafrica.com. Operators see every menu group, including Panel, Billing admin, Analytics and the operator settings.
  2. At the top of the left menu, the client switcher shows All clients or one client. Choose one to see only its surveys, wallet and billing.
  3. Check Overview: completes today, payouts waiting for review and live surveys.
  4. Open the bell: stable-results alerts, tracker alerts and new fraud rings.

A daily routine

  • Money → Payouts: clear the Held for review queue.
  • Panel → Fraud: review new rings.
  • Settings → System: worker and providers healthy; new Demo requests.
  • Settings → Privacy: open data requests.
