Recruitment: panel health

5 min Operators

Compare the active panel with the census and see, in plain words, which groups to recruit next.

What you will learn

  • Read the biggest gaps
  • Use the suggested mix
  • Follow the weekly routine

Step by step

  1. In Panel → Recruitment, open Panel health.
  2. Choose the Country and the Representative sample of size (e.g. 1,000).
  3. Read Biggest gaps, e.g. “Northern: 33 more women aged 45+ needed for a nationally representative sample of 1,000”, each with the kind of campaign that usually fits.
  4. Read Suggested mix: members to recruit by channel, and the charts of panel against census by gender, age and region.

Weekly routine

1. Panel health: note the three biggest gaps.

2. Campaigns: move money towards the lowest cost per active member for those groups; pause campaigns with many fraud holds.

3. Field agents: pay owed commissions and read “Don’t count”.

4. Panel → Fraud: review new rings.
