Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya and Côte d’Ivoire: networks, languages, provider status per country, and the exchange rates used in economics and billing.
What you will learn

Step by step
- Open left menu Settings → Countries (app.smartsurvafrica.com/settings/countries).
- Providers by country shows each country’s networks, languages and whether payouts, SMS, WhatsApp and voice are ready.
- In Exchange rates, edit the USD value of 1 unit of each currency and save.
What you will see
- “Exchange rates saved”.
- Invitations only go to respondents in the survey’s country.
