Billing admin: catalogue, taxes, reports and settings

Step by step

1. Catalogue → Plans: New plan or Edit: Code, Name, Kind (Pay as you go, Subscription, Agency / partner), Interval, Included completes / month, prices per currency (Fee, Per complete, Overage) and Shown to clients. A currency without prices is converted from USD.
2. Add-ons, Coupons (percent or amount; the first invoice, several months or every invoice) and Prepaid credit packages.
3. Taxes: choose a country, Add tax with Tax name, Rate % and whether it is compound. Issued invoices keep the taxes they were issued with.
4. Reports: choose the Report month: MRR, ARR, Invoiced, Collected, Overdue accounts, revenue by plan, client and country, Overdue ageing and Collections by method (USD).
5. Settings: your Company name, Tax ID (TIN), Billing email, Address and Bank details for transfers on every invoice; Reminder before the due date (days), Reminders after the due date (days), Pause surveys after (days overdue), Lock logins after (days overdue) and Default payment terms (days). Press Save settings.
6. Press Run billing now to record usage, make last month’s invoices, send reminders and update statuses at once instead of waiting.
