Fraud rings
Respondents linked by a shared device, cash-out number, copied answers or a referral burst. Block the whole ring or dismiss it.

Step by step
- Open left menu Panel → Fraud (app.smartsurvafrica.com/fraud).
- Rings are rebuilt every 10 minutes. Press Scan now to rebuild them at once.
- Filter Open, Blocked, Dismissed or All. Click a ring: its risk score, the signals and a network graph of its members (phones masked).
- If it is fraud, press Block all and confirm. Members are blocked, their trust drops to 0 and their held payouts are rejected (the money returns to the client’s wallet).
- If it is innocent (for example a family sharing one phone), press Dismiss.
What you will see
- Rings need 3 or more members.
- A fraud alert in the bell with Review ring.
