Step by step
- Open left menu Business → Analytics (app.smartsurvafrica.com/analytics).
- Panel engagement: members by the month they joined and the share active in each later month.
- Active panel by country, Payouts (success rate and median time to pay By provider and By network), Revenue, incentives and margin by client, and Channels (WhatsApp, SMS and voice).
- Switch the period (30 days, 90 days, 1 year).
- Open Business → Economics (app.smartsurvafrica.com/economics). Change the Assumptions (price, incentive, invitation fee, completion rate, screen-outs, fraud, recruitment) and read the Cost per complete, Gross margin and Break-even chart.
