How agency accounts work
Research agencies resell SmartSurv to their own clients. Each client of yours is a sub-client with its own surveys, results and billing.
What you will learn
- Know what a sub-client is
- Know how the agency’s margin and SmartSurv’s platform fee fit together
An agency is a SmartSurv client that runs surveys for other organisations. Each of those organisations is a sub-client of the agency. The agency’s admins can create sub-clients and switch between them. Each sub-client’s surveys, results, wallet and billing stay separate.
The agency sets a markup: what it adds on top of SmartSurv’s charge when it resells. SmartSurv keeps a platform fee on every partner-run survey, as a share of that markup. The Partners page shows the result month by month.
What you will see
- An Agency badge on agency clients.
- Left menu Money → Partners, which other clients don’t have.
