Voice surveys and calls
Run a survey by phone call, follow each call, and call someone again or stop a call.

Step by step
- In the builder’s Settings → Delivery → Channel, choose Voice call only, or WhatsApp, then voice call.
- Add the survey’s languages and translate the questions (Settings → Languages). The assistant asks in the respondent’s language and reads the answers aloud.
- Try it first in Research → Simulator → Voice.
- Launch and invite as usual. Follow the calls in Research → Calls or with the Calls button on the results.
- Open a call. Press Call again now to retry someone straight away, or Stop the call to end one in progress.
What you will see
- No answer, busy or a failed call is retried (two tries, a few minutes apart), then the invitation goes by WhatsApp or SMS.
- Respondents can also ring the survey line, or give it a missed call to be called back, to take their open survey.
